LION Corporation (THAILAND) เป็นบริษัทผู้ผลิตสินค้า FMCG รายใหญ่ของประเทศ โดยทำการขายสินค้าผ่านคนกลางและตัวแทนจำหน่ายเป็นหลักมาโดยตลอด ทำให้ LION ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงกลุ่มลูกค้าได้โดยตรง ไม่สามารถเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้ารายบุคคลเพื่อนำไปต่อยอดทางธุรกิจได้
Solution
พัฒนาช่องทางการสื่อสารของ LION ให้กลายเป็นช่องทางการขายที่ LION เป็นเจ้าของ บน LINE Official Account @LION Family เพื่อสร้าง LINE Commerce ให้ผู้ติดตามบน LINE สามารถรับข้อมูลข่าวสารและสั่งซื้อสินค้าได้ในช่องทางเดียวกัน
ทำ Data-Driven Marketing โดยเก็บสะสมข้อมูลพฤติกรรมและความสนใจของลูกค้า LION ผ่านการบรอดแคสต์เนื้อหา และกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ บน LINE Official Account และข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อสินค้าบนเว็บไซต์ LION Family Online เพื่อนำมาเชื่อมโยง วิเคราะห์ และทำการสื่อสารการตลาดที่เข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด
