LINE Official Account @LION Family เป็น LINE Commerce ที่ให้ผู้ติดตามบน LINE สามารถรับข้อมูลข่าวสารและสั่งซื้อสินค้าของ LION Corporation (THAILAND) ได้ในช่องทางเดียวกัน ทำให้ต้องมีการสื่อสารแคมเปญโปรโมชันต่าง ๆ บ่อยครั้ง แต่โค้ดส่วนลดในการซื้อสินค้ามักมีลักษณะเป็นตัวอักษรและตัวเลขที่ผสมกันอย่างไม่มีความหมาย จดจำได้ยาก และสร้างความลำบากในการใช้ให้กับเพื่อนบน LINE OA ของ LION Family ที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นกลุ่มคนอายุ 50 ปีขึ้นไป

Solution

เปลี่ยนให้การใช้โค้ดส่วนลดของโปรโมชันง่าย และน่าตื่นเต้นมากยิ่งขึ้น ด้วยการเปลี่ยนโค้ดรูปแบบเดิมที่ไม่มีความหมายให้กลายเป็นคำดี ๆ ที่จดจำได้ง่าย และมักพูดกันครอบครัว พร้อมยกระดับประสบการณ์ในการซื้อของออนไลน์ให้สนุกสนานมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยการนำคำดี ๆ เหล่านั้นมาผูกเข้ากับส่วนลดแบบต่าง ๆ กลายเป็นโค้ดส่วนลดปริศนาจาก 10 อันดับคำดี ๆ ที่คนในครอบครัวอยากได้ยินมากที่สุด

แคมเปญมี ยอด Reach มากถึง 1.67 ล้าน โดยมีการพิมพ์โค้ดในช่องโค้ดส่วนลดเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 32% และกลายเป็นโค้ดส่วนลดที่ถูกพิมพ์เข้ามามากที่สุดจากแคมเปญโปรโมชันทั้งหมดใน LINE OA ของ LION Family นอกจากนี้ยังทำให้มีคำดี ๆ คำอื่นถูกพิมพ์เข้ามาในช่องโค้ดส่วนลดมากกว่า 300 ข้อความ
