LINE Official Account @LION Family เป็น LINE Commerce ที่ให้ผู้ติดตามบน LINE สามารถรับข้อมูลข่าวสารและสั่งซื้อสินค้าของ LION Corporation (THAILAND) ได้ในช่องทางเดียวกัน ทำให้ต้องมีการสื่อสารแคมเปญโปรโมชันต่าง ๆ บ่อยครั้ง แต่โค้ดส่วนลดในการซื้อสินค้ามักมีลักษณะเป็นตัวอักษรและตัวเลขที่ผสมกันอย่างไม่มีความหมาย จดจำได้ยาก และสร้างความลำบากในการใช้ให้กับเพื่อนบน LINE OA ของ LION Family ที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นกลุ่มคนอายุ 50 ปีขึ้นไป
